Service Description

This short class is designed for adults at home with little ones who want to set aside some time to bring mindful movement to their hectic day. Maybe it is naptime for a little one. Or perhaps you have small growing yogis at home with you! Maybe your tots will practice with you or play on their own nearby. This is an online class, with no judgement. All levels, all folks welcome.
