Beginner Yoga is an introductory class for those new to yoga. These classes spend time and attention on posses, flow and breathing. Paying specific focus on how to make your practice safe and beneficial.

Vinyasa Flow is a continuation of Beginners Yoga and focuses on expanding your yoga practice. Attention is paid to deepening poses, facilitating flow, increasing the use of breath and building edurance. In these classes we begin to explore the depth of poses and the flow of the practice.
Outdoor Yoga takes the yoga practice outside! Enjoy the beautiful weather and yoga. Combination of Hatha and Vinyasa flow. First class starts: Saturday, June 1st 1:15-2:30pm
Restorative/Candlelight yoga focuses on re-energizing the body with gentle and supported poses to open up. Poses are held longer with emphasis on bringing the body back into balance.
Prenatal yoga teaches mothers to be poses to help relieve the discomfort of pregnancy, with breathing and relaxation techniques to help with your pregnancy and birthing process. Enjoy the benefits of yoga in a safe and nurturing environment.
Meditation Class is a 30 minute class dedicated to meditation. Starts with guidance and ends to short converstation and sharing. Donation based class, pay what you can.
