Sheila's yoga journey started when she was 12 years old. Her mother would wake her and her siblings up at 5 am to practice Kundalini yoga together. She completed her 200 hour yoga teacher certification program at Three Sisters Yoga in New York City. She is an educator by profession and has worked with students and yogis of all ages.
